No refund is provided for this service. We hold no responsibility for the installation outcome of the software. While all tests are carried out under many environments we can not be held responsible for loss of data both in code, website architecture or loss of earnings. This is a common clause applied to all software installations and upgrades as not all environments and customisation of servers or local changes in the shopping cart can be covered. However, we will endeavour to correct any issues that my arise and the reason why the upgrades are built in test directories before transferring to the live site.

Any custom modifications must be declared before installation or upgrade and the site backed up including content and databases where required.

Any additional work required to rectify customised scripts that affect URLs or upgrade will be charged for in addition to any installation or upgrade fees.
