We will not provide a refund if:

• You use any other SEO company other than A1 Smart Web Solutions during the contract period
• If black hat or spamming of the search engines has taken place before or after A1 Smart Web Solutions have taken over as your SEO. This includes link farms or black listed directories and link exchanges with third parties without first contacting A1 Smart Web Solutions.
• If you object to A1 Smart Web Solutions applying any one or combination of the following or where stated in applicable contracts:
  1. W3C Compliance
  2. Accessibility Compliance
  3. Adopting 100% SEF URLs
  4. Google authentication
  5. Yahoo authentication
  6. Google sitemap
  7. Google local registration
  8. Google base submissions
  9. Contextual back links, keyword analysis and keyword trend analysis
  10. Deep page back links as well as home page links
  11. Objecting to the preparation or upgrading of site architecture to become 100% SEF. If this efficiency is reduced due to existing website limitations then A1 Web Smart Web Solutions will advise accordingly and will indicate how this may affect results and traffic to your site.

• We provide a 'relative money back guarantee' if the following conditions are not met:
  
• If we do not achieve page 1 or page 2 of Google, Yahoo or MSN.co.uk search engines up to a total of 60 - 70 - 80 - 90% of your industries major & generic keyword phrases between 45 - 50  subject to the SEO package applied .  
• If we do not increase traffic to your website by way of search engine rankings and / or external back links. This does not include reciprocal or three way back links as these are considered irrelevant by Google but reciprocal links can bring in extra traffic.
• If we do not achieve the minimum amount of traffic to your website as determined by website traffic analysis and indicators as listed above.

• By adopting the above strategy will enable A1 Smart Web Solutions to provide a first class SEO service.
• We can not guarantee top positions or page 1 or page 2 positions for highly competitive search terms but we can guarantee up to 90% of terms on page 1 or page 2  for the Platinum service, 80% for Gold, 70% Business, 60% Start-up.
• Please note that percentages could be higher or lower and are determined by the type of product or service.  Each individual contract will state possible percentages and volume of traffic expected.
• We have the right to challenge any claim and to counter claim if we feel that the request for a refund is unjustified on the grounds that we have not met all the parameters laid out in individual contracts or lack of results due to market fluctuations or algorithm updates.
• To date we have had no such requests.
